Because our tape creates such an excellent, flexible, long-lasting seal with predictable movement characteristics, it has many many uses in sealing and weatherproofing roofing and cladding projects.

It works brilliantly with so many substrates including aluminum, steel and fibre cement so it provides the ultimate versatility across a number of roofing and cladding applications.

Unlike many other butyl tape producers, our tape won’t go hard or brittle. That’s often a sign you’re using a low-quality product.

We’ve got an internal laboratory that allows us to test for quality. This allows us to offer a predicted service life of 25 years, thanks to our rigorous testing procedures. We bombard the butyl with water, UV and heat to emulate long-term stress in a real-world setting.
